Each and every conference at Harburn is tailor-made to your requirements. Our exclusivity provides you with the opportunity to confer in complete privacy and comfort, whilst utilising our five reception rooms as you wish.

We always discuss in great depth the order of the day, menus, timings etc. and of course any special needs, prior to your arrival, thus ensuring in advance the success of your meeting or training.

Apart from the three rooms shown here, we have the Dining Room which is suitable for up to 30/40 in U-shape or Theatre style, the Morning Room which is suitable for up to 8/10 and therefore an excellent syndicate room, and of course we can put up our marquee which will take up to 300.

We have at Harburn all the usual conference aids, and secretarial services are available should they be required.

Harburn has a very wide variety of partner programmes on the estate and of course in Edinburgh, not forgetting that even the delegates are sometimes allowed out for a quick shot at Archery or a relaxing Murder Night!

We are happy to arrange to meet guests at any of the airports or train stations and of course there is a helicopter landing area for the more discerning guest.
