Central The region of Central in Scotland consists of the pre-1975 counties of Stirlingshire, South Perthshire and West Lothian.

The region is steeped in history and contains much beautiful countryside. Some principle features are Stirling Castle, Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and the field of Bannockburn.
