Covering an area of some 710 square miles within the province of Munster, Waterford is the home to some 92,000 people.
The county town of Waterford is famed worldwide for it's lead crystal glassware.
The county includes amongst it's geographical features the rivers Suir and Blackwater and the Comeragh and Monavallagh mountain ranges.
Production is centred around cattle farming, beer, whiskey and glassware.
